Case StudyGeneral Tee

slide02

How often have you seen a retail website loaded with products that have been blatantly (and badly) photoshopped together? Would you really want to buy something that so clearly isn’t the end product? I know I wouldn’t. This practice was rife when I first encountered General Tee and it was costing them customers.

I was very keen to avoid this with the new site and deliver a solution that guaranteed great looking, consistent products every time. As a small company it was impractical for them to arrange a photo shoot every time they launched a new design so the solution was a bespoke CMS that composites all the required images from a single design.

The blank t-shirts are actually 3d models and I built a range of shirts with different wrinkle nuances for an added touch of authenticity. The admin simply uploads a PNG and the code does the rest.
